The hospitality of Maki and Clive, the setting - among olive groves and fig trees is pretty hard to beat. It's a wonderful place to stop and stare and when the sun goes down, learn how to prepare some great Spanish dishes. I thoroughly recommend it. 5 stars (P Loriggio, UK: Cookery weekend, Spain)

If you are planning to travel solo, our courses are ideal for singles holidays and are the best way to get more from your trip so why not pursue a passion and learn something new?
You'll meet new people but will able be able to maintain your independence as you are not going to be 'herded' on a bus. All of our courses have plenty of free time built in - it's your holiday after all!

What about single supplements?
We aim to keep prices low for singles and many of our courses have NO Single supplements. We also have some courses with dates that are specials with no single supplements so look out for that.
Rest assured that all courses are high quality, they are personally checked or accredited and represent great value for a singles holiday that you can really talk about.
And remember, you only have to pay a deposit to secure your place.
