Detailed course itinerary
This cooking course is ideal for both ‘good’ and ‘bad’ cooks everywhere who want to achieve the fabled status of a becoming a genuine chef.
You will learn from a professional and experienced chef who will guide you through a different menu everyday, whilst learning how to cook delicious Italian food from appetiser to dessert in the professional kitchen of a stylish restaurant.
This is a hands-on course, so don your apron and chef’s hat, roll up your sleeves and get ready to start cooking.
Everyday, once the menu is ready you and your fellow would-be cooks will sit down with the professional chef and eat the delicious Italian food you have prepared.
A great way to end each day of your cooking course; eating a good meal accompanied by a glass of Italian wine.

Start Days
- Courses start everyday throughout the year except for Tuesdays
- Your course will run for two consecutive days

Cookery Class Schedule
- Classes start at 9.30am and finish at 2.30pm each day
- When you arrive at 9.30am you will be served a complimentary Italian breakfast
- After breakfast you will have a short briefing from the chef about the daily menu before starting your hands-on cooking class
- When you have finished cooking you will sit down for lunch and eat the delicious food you have prepared
