Detailed course itinerary

Go learn to windsurf where you will be introduced to both the theoretical and practical aspects of windsurfing.

Ideal for both complete beginners and those who have tried windsurfing before looking to take things to the next level, you will be taught by skilled instructors.

On your first day, you will be kitted out with your top quality safety equipment and a board suitable for your level.

As this school is mobile, you’ll follow the best conditions for your learn to windsurf course so you can be assured that you’ll always hit the best beach with the best conditions that day to help you get the most from your windsurfing experience.

You’ll be glad you discovered this fast and thrilling sport.


Suitability
- Suitable for all levels from beginners to advanced windsurfers
- Minimum age 16
- You must be able to swim


Class Start Days
- Classes run daily from April to October


Class Schedule
- You will have 2 hours of tuition per day for 5 days
- If you are short on time, you may be able to take this course across 3 or 4 days, please email hello@golearnto.com with your date requirements


What Will I Learn?
- Safety issues
- The theory and technical aspects of windsurfing
- How to complete basic manoeuvres
- How to steer the board with a light wind
- By the end of the course, you’ll be well on your way to windsurfing competently in light winds
- If you progress quickly you’ll move on to start to learn the quick tack, the jibe with dagger and beach start


Equipment
- You will be kitted out in top quality windsurf equipment and will have a choice the latest F2 boards specifically designed for beginners to accelerate your learning
- Special child and ladies boards are also available


Weather Conditions
- For safety reasons, lessons can only take place if the weather conditions permit so please be sure to check the start time of each lesson with the school in advance of arrival.
- Any classes that cannot be taken due to weather conditions will be offered on alternative days or a credit will be issued for use any time within 1 year
