Detailed course itinerary

Take time out of your busy week to discover two French classics, wine and chocolate on this 1.5 hour holiday course.

Taught by experts who are passionate about French wine and chocolate, you will have an opportunity to taste five different French wines, including champagne, learning how to distinguish them by colour, smell and the most important of all, the taste.

You will also learn how to pair certain wines with the correct chocolate, whilst gaining a better understanding of how much they both have in common.

Wine And Chocolate Course Schedule
- Classes run year round on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 2.30pm
- Class duration is 1.5 hours

What Will I Learn?
- You will taste 5 different French wines, including champagne, from different regions in France
- You will learn how to distinguish them by colour, smell and taste
- The pairing of food and wine including helpful tips and recommendations, with a specific focus on chocolate
- You will taste a wide selection of beautiful gourmet chocolates and learn which ones compliment each of the French wines

Other Information
- The school has its own wine shop where you can purchase the wines to take home with you so that you can continue to practice your new found wine tasting skills long after the holiday is over
