Detailed course itinerary

Take time out of your busy weekend to discover two French classics, wine and cheese on this 1.5 hour holiday course.

Taught by experts who are passionate about wine and cheeses, you will have an opportunity to taste five different wines, learning how to distinguish them by colour, smell and the most important of all, the taste and how to pair those wines with the right cheese.

Class Schedule
- Classes run year round on Friday and Saturday at 12pm
- Class duration is 1.5 hours

What will I Learn?
- You will taste 5 different wines, including champagne, from different regions in France
- You will learn how to distinguish them by colour, smell and taste
- The pairing of food and wine
- You will taste a wide selection of cheeses and learn which different cheeses compliment each of the wines

Other Information
- The school has its own wine shop where you can purchase the wines to take home with you so that you can continue to practice your new found wine tasting skills after the holiday is over
