Recommended by Alastair Sawday, this lovingly restored 150 year old Andalucían Finca surrounded by breathtaking views, an unspoilt landscape of rolling hills and Almond blossom valleys, is the setting for your Andalucían Spanish cookery holiday, only 45 minutes from Granada and 1 hour from Cordoba and Malaga (Olive Oil courses take place in the town of Priego de Córdoba)

• Accommodation in a twin/double room at the Finca for 2 nights
• You can check in anytime after 3pm and check-out is by noon
• Breakfast each morning
• 1 cooking class on your first night in the Finca where you’ll learn to cook a 3 course Spanish menu that you'll eat for dinner that night
• 1 cooking lesson on your second evening where you’ll learn to cook a 5 tapas menu plus dessert that you'll eat for dinner that night
• All cooking materials, apron and fresh, seasonal ingredients
• The dinner you’ve learned to cook each night with 1 bottle of wine per couple and water
