Recommended by Alastair Sawday, this lovingly restored 150 year old Andalucían Finca surrounded by breathtaking views, an unspoilt landscape of rolling hills and Almond blossom valleys, is the setting for your Andalucían Spanish cookery holiday, only 45 minutes from Granada and 1 hour from Cordoba and Malaga (Olive Oil courses take place in the town of Priego de Córdoba)

• 1 cooking lesson where you’ll learn to cook a 3 course Spanish menu
• 1 cooking lesson where you’ll learn to cook a 5 tapas menu plus dessert
• 1 cooking lesson where you’ll learn to cook traditional paella
• All cooking materials, apron and ingredients
• The dinner you’ve learned to cook each night with 1 bottle of wine per couple and water
• Accommodation in a twin/double room at the Finca for 3 nights
