This friendly, family-run Italian cooking school in Sorrento focuses on simple healthy Italian food and uses fresh organically grown produce from their own gardens, you can even specialise in making the Italian classics of pizza, pasta and gelato - as featured in the Observer

• Accommodation in a twin/double room with private bathroom at the bed and breakfast in Sorrento for 4 nights and 5 days
• Italian pizza, pasta & gelato making cooking course over 2 days
• Your second day in Sorrento is a 3 hour course learning to make delicious pizza and pasta
• Your third day will be a 2 hour gelato making course
