• 3 cookery classes (3 hours per session)
• Cooking lessons start at 10am on days 2, 3 and 5
• The lunches you’ve learned to cook during your cooking lessons accompanied by selected wines
• A handbook of the recipes you’ve cooked during the course
• All ingredients, necessary material and information for the cookery lessons
• An apron from the cookery school as a souvenir
• 2 days of self-guided wine tours where you will enjoy arranged wine tastings in both Umbria and Tuscany (please note that car hire is essential for these tours as they are self-drive)
