Customer feedback

As the first holiday I had taken alone I don't think I could have chosen a better course to take part in. Not only did I make friends, but I also managed to improve my french every day.

C Marsh, ., UK - May 2010

If you think you can cook-think again. We learned how to make gorgeous food with minimum fuss, clear instructions and a backdrop of olive-clad hillsides. The pool's inviting, the rooms comfortable and cool, the peace and quiet so welcome. With many places of interest near we'll definitely be going back!

C Edwards, Blackburn, England - Apr 2010

I had a really enjoyable break and as a single person would recommend to other singles as the dining at night in a group made the experience even better

C Farquhar, Alexandria, USA - Oct 2009

We had a wonderful time. The finca was beautiful. Clive was a great teacher. We learned a great deal about Spanish cooking which we are using back home already. Many thanks for a great trip.

A Petherbridge, Hagley, UK - Nov 2009

The only downside to the weekend was getting there and back. The road is tortuous and the Sat Nav a bit unreliable

A Robinson, Westcott, UK - Sep 2009

Great weekend and fab cooking experience, would have preferred to have choice of recipes to cook rather than chosen for us. would have preferred to have been left on our own to enjoy meal, access to wine eg. honesty bar rather than wait to be offered drink. lovely people and fabulous setting

A Goodwin, Abridge, UK - Jul 2009

A wonderful break, great hosts and had fun cooking.

J E Rue, Oxford, UK - Apr 2009

The only reason for not all 5 stars is that the weather was cold.

L Tait, Stavanger, Norway - Mar 2009

We had an awesome time and I'm already telling everyone I know to go and check it out.
