It was actually more of a wine tasting course. The teacher is a wine expert and the wines selected were all very good. But he didn't talk much about the cheeses. Overall a good experience though.

The instructor, Lionel, was amazing. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and fun! My only regret was that I didn't have the France region map in front of me during the class to take notes. Perhaps a nice map to match his chart for not taking could be handed out to the students. I loved the wines an
