Located just a couple of minutes walk away from the fabulous Cours Saleya food market in Nice, your professional Chef combines nearly all of her cooking classes with guided visits to the nearby market.
Originally from Canada, your Chef has lived in France since 1994 where her first job was as an interpreter at the famous Cordon Bleu cooking school. Passionate about food, she has written for a number of food publications and her relaxed and welcoming approach ensures you return home with a new skill and knowledge that will stay with you long after the holiday is over.
