Take your intermediate Flamenco dance skills to the next level on this dance and technique course in the heart of Andalucía.
Tucked away in the orange-tree lined streets of Seville this Flamenco dance school is used by locals and visitors alike from beginners to professional dancers.
Your experienced dance teacher will help to further develop your Flamenco dancing skills and dancers personality.
Many classes are accompanied by a Flamenco guitarist as you learn how to express yourself as a Flamenco dancer as you develop your understanding of the relationship between the Flamenco guitar, singers and dancer.

Suitability
- Suitable for elementary and intermediate level dancers who have at least 6 months experience of at least one lesson a week and are looking to take their skills to the next level
- Minimum age 16
- Courses are taught in Spanish but most tutors will have some knowledge of English

- Courses start on Mondays throughout the year
What Will I Learn?
- You will further develop your knowledge of the different rhythms of Flamenco, seguiriyas, soleá, soleá por bulerías, alegrías and more
- You will improve your stamping, arm, clapping and body movement
- The course focuses on the staging of choreography and intermediate level dance techniques
What Should I Wear?
- Wear comfortable clothes you can move easily in
-Wear shoes suitable for dancing, ideally with a sturdy, low heel
About Your Dance Tutors
- There are 6 Flamenco dance tutors at the school
- Each tutor uses their own unique style and technique of teaching Flamenco dance
- All of the tutors are talented instructors with a wealth of experience and show a true devotion to dancing
- All six tutors have worked with various artists and been taught by great maestros such as Matilde Coral, Javier Latorre, Mario Maya and Eva la Yerbabuena
Free Time
- The school organises regular visits to local Flamenco dance and music shows as well as encouraging you to explore the history of Flamenco in this beautiful city
- Weekends are free for you to explore the local area or just kick back and relax on this learning holiday with a difference
Class Schedule
- Classes run Monday - Friday each week
- Classes usually take place between 11.30am and 3.30pm each day
- 1.5 hours will focus on technique followed by an additional 1.5 hours of dance class
