Surf And Yoga Holiday

Costa de la Luz, Cadiz, Spain

Holiday itinerary

Combine the adrenaline rush of surfing with the wellbeing of yoga to invigorate you and give a sense of balance both on land and in the water on this 7 night/8 day surf and yoga course.

You will enjoy 7 nights apartment in shared accommodation, 5 surf lessons, 2 afternoon 'free surf' practice sessions and 3 yoga classes in a wonderful park overlooking the ocean. Your yoga instructor is a surfer too and will help you develop the connection between yoga and surfing too.

Yoga compliments surfing perfectly in making you more flexible, balancing your mind and energising your body. It will help you to keep calm in the water and develop strength and flexibility needed to get the best waves.

Conil, where the holiday is set, is a charming, traditional fishing village with white houses and winding streets. It’s far removed from the typical touristy coastal resorts and it offers fantastic surfing conditions.  It is small and vibrant with many bars, restaurants and cafes where you can enjoy tapas, flamenco and live music until the small hours.

Pursue your passion for yoga and surfing and get more from your holiday on this fun and friendly holiday in sunny southern Spain.
