Holiday Itinerary

Relax in warm French sunshine and be inspired, practising yoga and meditation while enjoying the perfect balance between world class tuition, delicious food, great company and good fun.

A quaint 300 year-old farmhouse set in the peace and tranquillity of the Breton countryside, surrounded by four acres of private farmland, will be the setting for your yoga, meditation and personal development getaway.

Your host, Nikki, has created a perfectly balanced programme guaranteed to restore calm, balance and relaxation in your life. Her holistic and personal approach will ensure you get the most from your time away and a chance to focus on yourself.

As well as yoga and meditation sessions, the programme also includes empowering, bespoke personal development workshops that are not only informative, but also input a positive outlook, increase vibrational energies, alter your way of thinking, enabling you to make decisions easier through a clearer, more relaxed mind.

Yoga and Meditation Retreat Itinerary
The itinerary is highly flexible and adapted to the group's needs and wishes which are established during the first day. The itinerary below is for guidance only but is typically as follows:

- The programme concentrates on personal development and clearing energy blocks in the body
- Your day begins at 7:15am with a 45-minute guided meditation, practicing an induction process that enables you to easily slip into deep meditation and designed to enhance the workshops later on that day
- Between 8-9am you will practice Zen and Hatha style yoga; each session is themed to correspond with the workshop of the day - the yoga sequencing is not challenging but is very specific and incredibly powerful and ideally suited to beginner/intermediate levels
- Afternoon yoga and meditation sessions are designed to be more flexible and giving you the opportunity to adapt them to your own needs

Workshops are also a big part of the programme and below are some examples of what they may be:

- Taking Back Control of your Mind - Understanding the 'computer' and its programmes that are running and possibly ruining any chances in your life
- The Most Important 40 Minutes of your Day - The science behind changing every aspect of your life and the phenomenal difference you can really make
- Abundance of Energy - What make one person charismatic and another draining? How to unblock, super-charge your body and become a winner!
- Trigger Happy - Recognising our overworked automatic emotional responses. Weeding out old patterns by finding root causes and learning new tools to eradicate them forever!
- Procrastination - Something we are all guilty of but why do we do it and how can we stop?
- Gratitude - The power of focusing on the present moment instead of wishing your life away
- Thai Yoga Therapy - An introduction to this ancient art and all its benefits
