Holiday Itinerary

This wonderful yoga, gastronomy and culture holiday is set perched on the border of Provence and the Cote D'Azur, regions renowned for panoramic landscapes, coastal and mountain view and rich history.

You'll stay in the medieval village of Saint-Jeannet which will be the setting of this 7 night / 8 day yoga holiday combined with guided activities and cultural excursions. This tranquil location sets the scene for your twice daily yoga lessons designed to energise you in the morning and unwind and relax in the evening.

During the week, there will also be fantastic cultural excursions through the region to historic and famous villages, and breathtaking scenic sites. Some will be by car, others on foot. From Monday to Friday there is a weekly set schedule which will bring you new experiences and exploration, with everything from landmarks, to regional cooking and food. At the weekend, you'll have yoga but you have more free time to take part in massage treatments or simply explore the region.

Your arrival, departure and the length you stay can be flexible to suit you and your wishes. However, to make the most of your time there and the wonderful activities on offer, we recommend arriving Saturday or Sunday and staying for 7 nights.

Typical activities include a wonderful hike to get a 360 degree panoramic view over the Mediterranean sea, the French Riviera, and even stopping for a refreshing swim in the local waterfalls and freshwater ponds! On another day, you will head down to Antibes and enjoy the gorgeous city on the sea, and hit some museums and cultural landmarks.

Some days, you’ll end up off the beaten track and find yourself on a goat farm, sampling cheese, or perhaps finishing the day at a local vineyard doing some wine tastings. Or even creating a 3 course meal during a hands-on cooking lesson.

During your holiday, stay in the bright, gorgeously renovated 19th-century B&B, complete with a wonderful view of the surrounding mountains. Each room has a private ensuite bathroom, WiFi and various other modern amenities. Have an after dinner wander down the medieval cobbles and see where you end up for the sunset.

What will I learn?
- Yoga lessons will be based around a variety of yoga practices and light meditation
- When we asked Benoit what guests would be learning, he said:
'Our guests will learn… to be. We hope our B&B is helping people to be more present, more aware, more conscious of who they are and what they truly want. For instance, Corinne is not going to ‘teach’ a new cooking technique but, instead, share her passion and her creativity, and by creating a fun and relaxed atmosphere during her cooking sessions, inspire people to grow, to pay more attention to how they eat, how they cook, and open their mind to many other possibilities. Generally, we have many more skills than we think, we just simply need to learn a bit more about ourselves :)'
