Take time out of your busy weekend to discover two French classics, wine and cheese on this 1.5 hour holiday course.

Taught by experts who are passionate about French wine and cheeses, you will have an opportunity to taste five different French wines, including champagne, learning how to distinguish them by colour, smell and the most important of all, the taste.  Whilst most of the presentation will be focused on wine the sommelier will be able to suggest wine and cheese pairings to you and explain why certain cheeses might work better with certain wines and of course answer any questions you may have.

Wine And Cheese Course Schedule
- Classes run year round and start daily at 12.15pm
- Class duration is 1.5 hours

- You will taste 5 different French wines, including champagne, from different regions in France
- You will learn how to distinguish them by colour, smell and taste
- The pairing of food and wine
- You will taste a wide selection of cheeses and learn which different cheeses compliment each of the French wines

- The school has its own wine shop where you can purchase the wines to take home with you so that you can continue to practice your new found wine tasting skills after the holiday is over
