First Taste of Tuscany One Day Cooking Course

Tuscany Region, Tuscany, Italy

Holiday itinerary

This cooking course is ideal for those who want an introduction to authentic Tuscan recipes from professional and passionate Italian chefs who will guide you through this hands-on cooking lesson

During the cooking course you will discover how to produce a 3 course Italian meal from appetiser to dessert, including the art of making pasta fresca.

Once your pasta is ready the chef will help you to prepare delicious sauces using fresh basil, tomatoes, wild mushrooms, sweet onions and many other ingredients from the various foods that are produced on the school's estate.

The daily recipes will vary according to the seasons to ensure only the freshest possible ingredients are used to provide you with a deeply individual Tuscan experience.

When the menu is ready, you and your fellow would-be cooks will sit down with the chef and eat the delicious Italian food you have prepared, accompanied by a glass of wine produced on the school's estate.
