School overview

This magnificent 4 star countryside retreat is the perfect setting for a Provencal cookery experience, just outside the famous town of St Remy de Provence, culinary capital of the South of France, your young and enthusiastic chef will welcome and share with you his passion and expertise.

Included in price

  • Accommodation in the hotel for 4 nights from Saturday to Tuesday night inclusive
  • Check-in after 3pm on Saturday; check-out at midday on Wednesday
  • Prices are based on twin or double rooms, if you are travelling alone you can book a single room for a supplement which must be added on during the booking process
  • 2 Cookery Lessons with a professional chef
  • All cooking materials, apron and ingredients
  • Continental breakfast each morning
  • Lunch on Sunday, Monday and Tuesday
  • Dinner each night with wine and coffee
  • A full day in Lubéron on Sunday
  • Monday afternoon tasting olive oils, wines and visiting Les Baux de Provence
  • Tuesday afternoon in Saint Rémy visiting the Lilamand confectionery makers, Chocolatiere Joël Durand and a cheese maker
  • Although rare, some excursions may happen on different days of the week but will always take place or will be substituted with equivalent services or better
  • Please note that there is a governmental tax of 1.10 Euros per day which is payable on arrival as a compulsory extra
