- 2 general Italian cooking classes (3 hours, generally starts 4pm)
- 1 pastry making class learning to make 2 different types of pastries (2 hours, generally starts 11:30am)
- 1 gelato making class (2 hours, generally starts 11:30am)
- 1 pizza making class using a wood fire oven (2.5 hours, generally starts 11:30am)
- Note: there are no classes given on Sunday
- A continental buffet breakfast each morning
