Included in the price

• 40 Spanish lessons in your first 2 weeks
• Spanish lessons run from Monday to Friday each week, weekends are free
• 2, 2 hour Spanish lessons per day, Monday to Friday starting at 8am or 10am depending on your language level
• Grammar lessons will be held 8-10am or 10am-12pm
• Conversation and listening lessons will be held 1-3pm or 3-5pm
• A Spanish language level test
• Text books are provided but you will be required to leave a deposit of US$30
• Optional social and cultural activities (some with small charge)
• 2 week volunteer placement
• The volunteer placement starts after you’ve completed your 2 weeks of Spanish lessons
• Support of the school throughout your volunteer placement
• IMPORTANT NOTE - You will also require certain documents before you start volunteering:
• A copy of your Passport
• A copy of your Health Insurance
• A CRB check - For clients from those countries where it is more difficult to get this document, you may be able to sign a waiver form upon arrival. Please email [email protected] or call us on 0845 6250445 prior to booking if you think this might be a problem.
• A letter of interest explaining why you want to volunteer detailing some background information on your education and any previous work or volunteer experience you may have. This will need to be translated in Spanish but an 'online translation' will suffice
• A letter of recommendation from a previous employer or professor to give to the volunteer organisation, which should also be translated into Spanish
• A copy of your CV also translated into Spanish
• A compulsory $30 coordinator fee
• A compulsory charitable donation of $17.50 which will be given separately in cash, to the organisation where you will be volunteering
