• Market tour for around 1 hour starting at 9am
• 1 French cookery class
• Cooking starts around 10am lasting between 3-4 hours, you’ll then sit down to eat the meal you’ve cooked
• All cooking ingredients and materials
• The food you’ve learned to cook accompanied by delicious wine and water
• A special session with Chef Aude to discover the history and tasting of two Nicoise speciality foods
• Freshly made Pissaladière and Tourte aux blettes sucrée to take home with you
• Please note: the handouts you'll receive during your lesson will be in French
