  • 4 five hour cookery lessons on days 3, 5, 6 and 7
  • 7 nights accommodation (room based on double occupancy in a self-catering apartment)
  • Please note: Prices are based on 2 sharing a room and travelling together
  • Solo travellers must book a private single room for a compulsory single supplement which can be added at the time of booking
  • Accommodation will be in one of the stunning villas on the estate
  • Check in anytime after 2pm on day 1 and check out by 10am on day 8
  • Maid service daily except Sunday
  • A welcome basket including fruit, yoghurt, cereal, bread, prosciutto, cheeses, juice, coffee, tea and wine
  • Lunches on days 2, 3, 4 and 7 at the school, restaurants and well-researched Trattorias
  • Dinner provided every evening except on day 2 where transport to a local restaurant will be provided

Location overview

All Italian and Tuscan cooking courses take place in the grounds of a stunning 13th century Italian villa in the hills of Tuscany just outside the city of Florence; all lessons are run by local Italian chefs using fresh ingredients that are produced onsite.
