The flat was dirty and too hot to get any sleep. I booked a hotel on the second day. Give this as an option as 4 * hotel was only £10 more per night than the shared apartment. Have a clean and cool place to go home and sleep ( which is especially necessary when trying to learn) really adds.

As the week you have been with us, was maybe the hotest week we had in the last 30 years during the summer :( we understand your reclaim as this particulary flat only had fans. And with this temperatures even the fans were not enough against this heat. We apologize for that. We clean the flats once a week, before new students arrive and after students leave. But we can't have a look after it during the week. That means that students also have to share households in the meantime. I think it is good idea to introduce Hotel accommodation as an option for all those students, specially elder participants, who want more standard!
