Spanish Cookery Break

This place is a paradise. The atmosphere of the place is so welcoming and Clive and Maki are just lovely people. They make you feel like home. The cooking course was nice and really intensive teaching. You can hardly ever meet such a hospitable and nice couple. We highly recommend this place to everybody!

This was my first cooking holiday and a brilliant experience,one I can't wait to go on again. Clive was so knowledgable, patient and a fantastic teacher...we can't wait to cook the food again. The location was beautiful and we well looked after. We will be returning.

A very enjoyable long weekend in a lovely part of Spain. We didn't have the greatest weather but that's unusual, and I think the experience would have been even better if we had been able to cook outside as chef Clive said he normally did. Good fun cooking too, Clive really knows his stuff.

Clive was an excellent tutor, very easy going and explained everything. Really enjoyed the experience.

We've just come back from a really great trip in South Spain, including 3 days wit Clive & Maki. The accomm. is lovely, the area gorgeous, (lovely lake/beach down the road), and the cooking experience was brilliant - cooking really tasty food in a very laid back and social way. Highly recommended.

The hospitality of Maki and Clive, the setting - among olive groves and fig trees is pretty hard to beat. It's a wonderful place to stop and stare and when the sun goes down, learn how to prepare some great Spanish dishes. I thoroughly recommend it.

From the start we received a friendly welcome in comfortable and relaxing surroundings. The lesssons where well prepared and delivered in a relaxed, but highly professional manner. The menu choices certainally stretched our cooking skills to a higher level wetting our appetite to learn more.
