We were looking forward to perfecting our baking skills in lovely surroundings and in the company of friendly people. We weren't disappointed. The whole experience was great from start to finish: a warm welcome, delicious meals prepared by Marc, comfortable accommodation, friendly and informative lessons with Marlene plus trips out to see local places of interest and to look at what was on offer in nearby bakeries. We ate lunch in the garden, relaxed on the sun loungers and produced some excellent pastries and bread, which we sampled either at dinner or for breakfast. A wonderful experience all round.
