The teacher was extremely helpful. The language school has a structured system and tests students at the beginning and end , this is good but encourages teachers to teach grammar which is not what I wanted. I had to explain I wanted mainly conversation.
My teacher was very conscientious and wanted to to do everything for me as her pupil. Sometimes this was quite intense as I am not used to working so closely with someone I do not know. However my language skills certainly improved especially my speaking and understanding.
The holiday course was superb. A great way to learn a language. It had the right balance of formal lessons (taken at my own pace), time for leisure activities and practical experience throughout the day. My teacher was very welcoming, warm hearted and extremely patient. Would I repeat: Yes!
