Passionate about food, this fun and friendly Italian cooking school will teach you not just how to cook but will also take you on a culinary and cultural journey to discover Italian home cooking.
Using fresh local produce, you will learn to cook simple Southern Italian dishes in a typical Italian kitchen of the charming Villa Capo Santa Fortunata. The villa boasts a beautiful open space kitchen during spring and summer time.
Your accommodation will either be at the Green House hotel Sorrento in Sorrento or Il Palmento Relais in Piano di Sorrento depending on availability. Both situated just a moments from the sea, the hotels also boast air conditioned, simply furnished en-suite rooms ranging from twin/doubles to triples at an affordable price.
On the stunning Amalfi coast, Sorrento and Piano di Sorrento are captivating with their orange and lemon groves, ancient vineyards, beautiful beaches and a perfect climate. Sorrento combines a relaxed attitude with blissed-out beaches, great water sports and of course, gourmet cuisine.
You are also perfectly placed to visit one of the famous Naples food markets that is guaranteed to tantalise your senses, explore the wonder of Pompeii by train, or take a boat tour to the glorious Island of Capri.
This Italian cooking school also offers specialist courses so you can go learn to make pizza, pasta and the famous Italian ice cream for a true Italian cooking experience.
