Included in the price

  • A trip to the sea to harvest your own mussels around 10am
  • A picnic lunch at the beach whilst harvesting mussels
  • A Champagne apéritif and demonstration of fried quail eggs on croutons
  • 1 cookery class cooking Moules marinières à la crême and crêpes suzette starting between 4-5pm in the evening
  • The meal you’ve learned to cook after your class, accompanied by Muscadet and a delicious simple cheese plate
  • Note: The walk to harvest the mussels is around 1.5km so please bring suitable footwear and a waterproof jacket for the beach
  • Note: The time of the mussel harvesting may change depending on the tide, we recommend you call the day before your course to check with the Chef (contact details will be on your confirmation voucher)
