Warm and welcoming French Chef Aude welcomes you to her atelier gastronomique boutique cooking school in the Borriglione area of Nice very close to the wonderful food markets on the beautiful Cote D’Azur
Included in price
- Market tour for around 1 hour starting at 9am
- 1 French cookery class
- Cooking starts around 10am lasting between 3-4 hours, you’ll then sit down to eat the meal you’ve cooked
- All cooking ingredients and materials
- The food you’ve learned to cook accompanied by delicious wine and water
- A special session with Chef Aude to discover the history and tasting of two Nicoise speciality foods
- Freshly made Pissaladière and Tourte aux blettes sucrée to take home with you
