Just a short distance from Grasse, in this stunning hill-top medieval town of Tourettes, you will be welcomed by French chef Yves who will share with you his gourmet secrets and teach you how to create original floral and Provencal recipes cooking with flowers, famed for its beautiful violets and roses this is the perfect setting to draw on the delicate floral flavours of rose, violets, jasmine, sage, lavender and many more
