Clive and Maki were fabulous hosts. Clive provided detailed instruction, teaching me new techniques and improving those I already knew. The food was to die for! I have been highly recommending this course ever since I returned. Thanks!

The hospitality of Maki and Clive, the setting - among olive groves and fig trees is pretty hard to beat. It's a wonderful place to stop and stare and when the sun goes down, learn how to prepare some great Spanish dishes. I thoroughly recommend it.

From the start we received a friendly welcome in comfortable and relaxing surroundings. The lesssons where well prepared and delivered in a relaxed, but highly professional manner. The menu choices certainally stretched our cooking skills to a higher level wetting our appetite to learn more.
