Customer feedback

A truly wonderful and enriching experience. I stayed in Sorrento for a week and in my opinion it wasn't long enough. I intend to continue with my language studies and will most definitely return to Italy to attend another course at a higher level. I loved every minute of it. Thank You!

Customer feedback...
I will definitely be recommending it to people that I know. I can't wait to get my own paella pan and make another one and try out all of the other recipes that I learned.
Clive really is an amazing chef and what a wonderful teacher. I had so much fun and laughed so much. The food we prepared spoiled me for the restaurants in Granada. If my brother allows me to let loose in his kitchen I'll see what I can recreate from our wonderful experience.
