Included in the price

• A total of 9 yoga sessions per week lasting 1.5 hours each and will be a mix of morning and evening sessions spread over the week (exact schedule will be given to you on arrival)
• Morning flow yoga and meditation starts each day around 8am
• Morning sessions typically run Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday
• Evening hatha yoga starts around 5.30pm
• Evening sessions typically run Sunday, Monday and Thursday
• Two activities during the week which may include beach yoga and a meditative walk in the pine forest (note: these activities are usually Tuesday and Friday afternoons)
• A healthy and delicious breakfast each morning after your yoga classes
• A light packed lunch daily
• Dinner with water, tea and coffee daily except Wednesday
• 7 nights / 8 days accommodation in a private single room with bathroom at the casa rural Paridiso Perdido
• Fresh linen & towels
• Check in anytime after 5pm on day 1 and check out by 11am on day 8
• Note: earlier arrivals are welcome, you just cannot check into your hotel room until 5pm
• All advice from your yoga tutor on the local area, places to visit, where to eat and activities
• Note: yoga mats are provided but you are welcome to bring your own.
