Cooking Courses and Holidays in Italy

Cooking Courses and Holidays

We’ve travelled across Italy from Veneto to Puglia to curate an eclectic mix of cookery holidays all taught by inspiring Chefs with a passion to share and a story to tell. Whether you’re looking to perfect your pasta making, how to cook a tip top tiramisu or merely aspire to the sybaritic pleasure of gathering fresh tomatoes from the garden and simmering them up into a sauce bursting with flavour, a cooking holiday in Italy with lasts a lifetime.

"We had a fantastic time. Very friendly, helpful and accommodating. We really felt part of Tuscan life and had fantastic advice of local places to visit and excellent restaurant/cafe recommendations. We loved the cooking and wine tasting and have brought back with us a wealth of knowledge we plan to share with others. Plus we'll be doing plenty of cooking for all our friends and family. Fantastic trip!" C Punter, UK: Tuscan cookery and wine holiday

We love Italian cookery holidays…

We love Italian food. No question. Fresh pasta, truffles, olive oils, Parma ham, pizza, focaccia, parmesan cheese and wine, we want to try it all. Never will we utter ‘not another creamy risotto’ or, ‘I hope this Parma ham doesn’t come with fresh figs and mozzarella.’

There’s something about cooking Italian food that is comforting: like a big welcoming hug from a chubby-armed Italian mamma.

We don’t dish up the usual Italian cookery courses. Instead, our holidays are deliberate concoctions of Italy's genius for adding vitality to everyday experiences, balanced and seasoned to your taste.

Go learn to cook anything from homemade breads drenched in rich and peppery olive oil. Pasta with truffle sauce to creamy risotto funghi. The exacting Neapolitan pizza to a filling Tuscan panzanella. Velvety tiramisu to delectable affogato.

Take a short break or week long holiday to suit your taste in Tuscany, Umbria, Rome, Lake Garda, Sorrento, Sicily, Veneto or Puglia.

For a quirky take on a cooking break, why not combine it with learning Italian, wine tasting, truffle hunting, olive oil tasting, painting or horse riding?

Go. Have your Italian cake and eat it. This is what an Italian cookery holiday should taste like.

Who are our Italian cooking holiday guests?

Solo travellers. Friends. Couples. Those with enthusiasm and a taste for la dolce vita. Beginners who struggle to boil an egg to more advanced cooks. Interesting types. The culinary-minded who love to learn. Those partial to a good glass of wine or three. People of all ages and nationalities who refuse to be boxed in.

Is this you? It looks like you.

Thousands of people have already discovered that our Italian cookery holidays last a lifetime. Come and join them.

What do our guests think?

It’s not the done thing to boast. So you won’t find us crowing about how amazing our Italian Chefs are. Nor how good our service is, or the fact that the accommodation is wonderfully comfortable and characterful, the food delicious and the wines delectable. Mum’s the word. We prefer to let our guests do the talking.

"This class so exceeded our expectations. Andrea and Lara delivered a superb experience. We will be cooking for our friends soon! The location was exquisite." L Bauer, USA: Italian Cookery Holiday in Lake Garda, Italy

"From start to finish the host Rita and her partner Alex could not have made me more welcome. Location was stunning, lessons fantastic and the wine glass never empty. Thoroughly enjoyed and would recommend." M Holland, UK: Italian Cooking and Wine Break in Tuscany, Italy

"This was not only a superb holiday but an excellent learning experience, Rita is a fantastic host & I cant recommend them enough. If you want a memorial time than this is the holiday for you." R Dollery, UK: Italian Cookery Holiday in Puglia, Italy
