Cooking Courses and Holidays in Spain

Cooking Courses and Holidays

We’ve travelled across Spain from Barcelona to Seville to curate an eclectic mix of cookery holidays all taught by inspiring Chefs with a passion to share and a story to tell. Whether you’re looking to perfect your paella, how to cook a delicious plate of gambas or merely aspire to the sybaritic pleasure of picking fresh tomatoes and blitzing them into a gazpacho bursting with flavour, a cooking holiday in Spain with lasts a lifetime.

"Clive and Maki were fantastic. They made us feel really welcomed and were very hospitable throughout our stay with tips on what to see and where to go. The cooking lessons were great - Clive is a font of all knowledge! It is definitely worth going on the olive oil and fino tasting if you can." L Dreher, USA: Spanish Cookery Holiday, Andalucia, Spain

We love Spanish cooking holidays…

We love Spanish food. No question. The finest Serrano ham, plump olives, sweet peppers stuffed with salt cod, spicy patatas bravas, velvety crème catalan and chilled Jerez wine, we want to try it all. Never will we utter ‘not more tapas’ or, ‘I hope this manchego doesn’t come with a glass of crisp Cava’

Often overlooked in favour of it’s Italian and French neighbours, Spanish food dishes up a plate of delicious tastes that stimulate the senses.

Spain is the largest olive oil producer in the world – way ahead of Italy and Greece and the Spanish have olive oil with everything. Close your eyes and imagine eating warm bread rubbed with fresh garlic, drizzled with peppery oilve oil topped with a dollop of tomato and sprinkled with salt. Bliss.

We don’t dish up the usual Spanish cookery courses. Instead, our holidays are deliberate concoctions of Spain’s simple food pleasures, locally sourced, balanced and seasoned to your taste.

Go learn to cook anything from the perfect paella to fresh clams with spicy chorizo. Pork with sweet and smoky Romesco sauce to pungent garlic soup. Simple tortilla Espanola to delectable crème catalan. Summery gazpacho to sticky sweet mini churros.

Take a short break or week long holiday to suit your taste in Andalucia, Catalonia, Barcelona, Malaga and more.

For an innovative take on a cooking break, why not combine it with learning to speak Spanish, wine tasting or horseriding?

Go. Cook. Eat. Enjoy. This is what a Spanish cookery holiday should taste like.

Who are our Spanish cooking holiday guests?

Is this you? It looks like you.

Thousands of people have already discovered that our Spanish cooking holidays last a lifetime. Come and join them.

What do our guests think?

It’s not the done thing to boast. So you won’t find us crowing about how amazing our Spanish Chefs are. Nor how good our service is, or the fact that the accommodation is wonderfully comfortable and characterful, the tapas plentiful and the Fino delectable. Mum’s the word. We prefer to let our guests do the talking.

"Thank you so much for the amazing stay in your beautiful home. The lessons were really good, learned so much and tried things I might not have otherwise tried but every meal was amazing. Definitely recommend." S Murphy, Ireland: Spanish Cookery Holiday in Andalucia, Spain

"I thought the quality of the tuition was excellent - the teachers were very friendly and the group size was perfect (six). The extra activities were excellent value for money - our guides were very informative and clearly passionate about the topics." C Davies, UK: Learn Spanish and Cooking Course in San Sebastian, Spain
