About the school

Take time out of your busy schedule to enjoy a yoga and pilates holiday set in the beautiful seaside village of Loutro, Crete, the ideal place to improve your sense of relaxation and wellbeing.

Your friendly and enthusiastic instructor Alexandra will focus on you individually to ensure you gain the most from yoga and pilates practice.

Stay in this magical waterfront village to the south west of the island and enjoy excellent restaurants, white sand beaches and crystal clear Mediterranean water.

Considered a hidden gem, Loutro is popular with Cretans looking to escape the crowds, relax and enjoy the magnificent views.

The wonderful Sweet Water beach is a pleasant 70 minute walk (boat cruises also available) where you'll find a long virgin beach with crystal clear drinking water flowing from the 'white mountains'.

Quietly nestled on the water’s edge, each apartment has a big private terrace with views over both the sea and the village perfect for you to unwind, read a book, sunbath and enjoy the tranquillity of the village and warm Greek sunshine, an ideal base for your health and wellbeing break.

In addition to the swimming, walking, diving and sailing that you can enjoy, the bay itself has a host of lovely bars and restaurants where you can enjoy the delicious Greek cuisine, including excellent vegetarian food, spending your evenings watching the sun setting over the natural harbour.
