Yoga holidays in Rome, Italy – about our teacher Patricia Cronin

This retreat has a range of special guest yoga teachers throughout the year, and if you’re lucky enough to join us from 5th – 18th June, you’ll be taught by the lovely Patricia Cronin.

What is Patricia’s background?
Patricia comes from the UK and has been practising yoga for 36 years. She is currently based in Surrey where she teaches in spas, schools, yoga studios, work places and clinics, and has a busy private 1-on-1 practice located at her home.

What are her passions?
Patricia is passionate about the therapeutic benefits of yoga and works closely with a mental health charity which aims to help people prevent the damaging effects of stress and modern living through meditation and yoga.

What style of yoga does she teach?
She’s studied a wide range of yoga styles including Satyananda, Sivananda, Iyengar, Ashtanga and Vinyasa Flow, and she’ll be bringing a mixture of these disciplines to her teaching styles during your week.

What are her qualifications?
She holds The Friends of Yoga Society International Teaching Certificate and Meditation Teachers Certificate from the British Yoga Teachers Association. She’s also close to obtaining her Yoga Therapy registration with the BCYT.

What is it like to be taught by Patricia?
Patricia’s love and knowledge of yoga practice shines through her teaching, and she’ll bring humour to your classes. She is keen to encourange guests to reach their full potential and adapts postures to suit every individuals own level.
