Top 3 GoLearnTo holidays – Jane’s top picks

Bali, UbudWorking at GoLearnTo.com means I’m never short of holiday inspiration for my next trip abroad… the hardest thing is narrowing down my ever-growing list!

I’m never happier than when I’m jetsetting off on a new adventure – whether it’s backpacking around South East Asia, island hopping in Indonesia, soaking up the sights in Morocco or booking last-minute weekend breaks to Europe.

I’ve just spent 3 lovely weeks travelling around Indonesia and have caught the travel bug once again. If you’re feeling the same but lacking holiday inspiration for 2014, we’re here to help…

So here you go, short and sweet – my top 3 GoLearnTo.com holidays…

1. Luxury bootcamp fitness retreat in Watamu, KenyaFitness and bootcamp holiday Kenya
I’m by no means a fitness fanatic and can’t say that the idea of a bootcamp holiday has ever appealed to me, but there’s something about this luxury wildfitness holiday in Kenya that just makes me want to jump straight on a plane. The holiday focusses on the ‘wildfitness’ concept – using natural environments as your playground while eating like a caveman. This isn’t your average gym workout – fitness classes include tree climbing in the forests, jumping off sand dunes, swimming across creeks and bare foot running across beaches.
Fun fitness sounds like my cup of tea…

Pizza pasta and gelato holiday in Sorrento2. Pizza, pasta and gelato holiday in Sorrento, Italy
Why mess with the classics? Italian is my favourite cuisine so it doesn’t get better than fresh pizza, pasta and gelato for me. Throw in an authentic family run cookery school complete with Italian mamas and I’m in culinary heaven. This cooking break has been on my bucket list for far too long now so fingers crossed 2014 will be the year it’ll  finally get ticked off…

Photography holiday in France3. Photography holiday in Charente, France
I’m obsessed with taking photos, but have yet to master taking decent photos to be proud of…! I adore this photography holiday set in South-West France as it offers everything I’d look for in a creative break – varied shoot locations (quaint villages, lush countryside, vineyards, chateaux, rivers etc), gourmet food, stylish French accommodation with a state of the art photography studio and a hilarious photography tutor. Check out the photography school’s incredible video  to see just why this holiday makes it into my top 3…
