Our booking system allows you to keep your money with you for longer. This is how it works: there’s no need to pay for the entire holiday course up front – all you do is pay a small deposit through our online booking system now, and then pay the remainder directly to the course supplier.
You get an instant confirmation and within 2 hours you’ll receive a PDF voucher by email detailing everything you need to know about your booking and course provider including address, directions, course information and more.

- 20 Group Italian language lessons for elementary to advanced levels
- 4 Italian lessons per day lasting 50 minutes each, Monday to Friday starting at 9.10am
- You will have a short mid morning coffee break
- 6 hours of Italian Cookery classes lasting 60 minutes each, taken in two 3 hour sessions held in the centre of Florence (15mins walk from the language school), exact time and date to be confirmed on arrival
- Cooking classes run by professional chefs with over 20 years experience
- Choose the dishes you make in the cookery classes from: Tuscan dishes, fish dishes, pastry, ice cream making, and pizza making (all subject to availability at the time)

In order to pay the remaining balance for the course, please check-in at the school reception desk, by 8.45am the first day of your course.
Payment for the course and accommodation is accepted in Cash (Euros), or Euro Travellers Cheques.

If you book the optional accommodation with this course, you will be emailed separately with full details of your accommodation at least 5 days before your course commences.
