How bookings work

Our booking system allows you to keep your money with you for longer. This is how it works: there’s no need to pay for the entire holiday course up front – all you do is pay a small deposit through our online booking system now, and then pay the remainder directly to the course supplier.

You get an instant confirmation and within 2 hours you’ll receive a PDF voucher by email detailing everything you need to know about your booking and course provider including address, directions, course information and more.

• 6 night’s luxury accommodation in a private en suite suite with private terrace or balcony
• Prices are based on 1 person in their own private suite with en-suite bathroom (no single supplement for a private room)
• If two people travel together, it is possible to share a room
• 5 days full board gentle & natural detox menu with a blend of nutrient rich fresh fruit and vegetable smoothies, plus colourful and interesting superfood salads, immune boosting fresh soups and lightly cooked meals to preserve the nutrient and vitamin content...plus unlimited organic herbal teas, infusions and mineral water, and our now quite famous delicious but super healthy snacks (detoxing without depriving yourself!)
• 4 x 1 hour sessions of Yoga

• A programme of 4 educational workshops for: How to use nutrition to turn back time (hosted by a nutritionist), natural health workshop (hosted by a naturopath & homeopath), mindfulness workshop (hosted by the retreat Director), and living a positive life workshop (hosted by a life coach/NLP master) or a fitness workshop (hosted by a member of our fitness team) depending on availability of the coach.
• A pre-arrival pack to help you prepare for the holiday and receive maximum results
• Optional 3 month follow-on plan from the nutritionist and access to the retreat's blog with recipes, tips and useful information to help you maintain results once back home

• A scheduled return airport transfer - you will be collected from Alicante airport at 11am on Day 1 and you will depart from the retreat at 12 noon on Day 7
• If you have booked flights outside of the transfer times or scheduled arrival/departure dates, the school can normally accommodate this, but it may be that an additional supplement will be charged depending on the time of your arrival/departure
• Check in after 12pm on day 1 and check out by 10am on day 7
