One Day Italian Cookery Course

I was hoping for more of a learning experience. I'm not sure that having a working restaurant allowed for that to happen. I was also disappointed that I did not come home with a cookbook. I would rather not have to print it out myself.

Enjoyed the experience. We will do it again. Cost of course was quite a bit more than other cooking schools we saw advertised in Sorrento aftervwe arrived though.

This is the perfect place to learn the basics of Italian cooking, situated in a beautiful villa in one of Italy's loveliest resorts, and with an atmosphere that encourages you to participate. The team there are laid-back and friendly and Biagio an encouraging and experienced teacher. Plus you get to eat the fruits of your labours! It's not big on structure, but that's kind of the point, and I would recommend it to anyone with even the slightest interest in Italian food and cooking.

Great fun for the whole family. Two teenagers were very engaged. We especially enjoyed sitting with the chef and some of his family after the class and feasting on the efforts of our labor. I highly recommend this experience.

Really, a very enjoyable day and I'm now an expert in gnochi!
