Traveller enquiries
Email enquiries@golearnto.com. Include:
- the skill or experience you want;
- your destination and approximate dates;
- your current level;
- the number and ages of travellers;
- your preferred teaching language; and
- any access or dietary needs that affect the format.
Please do not include medical records, passport details, payment-card information or other sensitive personal data in your first message.
Providers and profile owners
If your business appears in an independent directory profile, you can correct factual details without paying. Tell us the profile URL, your role, the information that needs changing and a reliable public or first-party source.
Claiming a profile does not buy a favourable review. It allows an authorised representative to help keep current facts accurate.
Corrections
For a factual error, use the same email address with Correction in the subject line. Include the page URL, the exact sentence or field, the correct information and the best evidence available.

Before you travel
An email or enquiry does not reserve a place. Wait for written confirmation from the host before making a payment or booking non-refundable travel. Confirm the total price, meeting point, current dates, cancellation terms and exactly what the lesson includes.
