Travel details change, and mistakes happen. GoLearnTo welcomes corrections from travellers, teachers, providers, cultural organisations and readers. You do not need to pay or claim a profile to correct a factual error.
How to report an error
Email enquiries@golearnto.com with Correction in the subject line. Please include:
- the GoLearnTo page URL;
- the exact sentence, address, date or field that is wrong;
- the corrected information;
- a direct source, document or explanation that supports the change; and
- your relationship to the subject, if relevant.
Do not send identity documents or sensitive personal information unless we specifically explain why it is necessary and how it will be handled.
What happens next
We check the reported fact against the strongest available evidence. Straightforward errors such as spelling, a changed official URL or an outdated programme may be corrected quickly. Disputed claims may take longer and may be temporarily removed while we investigate.
A provider’s own statement is useful for current operational details. For location, history and safety, we also check appropriate independent sources.
Material updates
When a correction changes the practical meaning of a page, we update the review date or add a clear note. Examples include a closed programme, changed teaching location, new ownership, a different course format or a claim that can no longer be supported.
Minor spelling and formatting changes do not always receive a separate public note.
Independence and fairness
Corrections are free. A provider cannot pay to delay, hide or reverse a supported correction. A traveller cannot use the process to publish an unverified personal accusation.
GoLearnTo may ask for supporting material or remove unnecessary personal details. We may decline a requested change when it cannot be checked fairly. Read our editorial standards for the principles behind these decisions.
