• Lessons start at either 9.30am or 4.30pm lasting around 3-4 hours, you’ll then sit down to eat the meal you’ve cooked
• Welcome coffee or tea on arrival
• All cooking ingredients and materials
• An aperitif before your lunch or dinner
• The food you’ve learned to cook accompanied by delicious wine and water
