- 1.5 hours of yoga practice each morning (from Friday to Tuesday) starting at either 8.30am or 9am depending on the date of travel
- 1 x 2 hour creative writing workshop
- Yoga mat

- A guided walk in the Sabina mountains on Sunday
- All-week use of bicycles to explore the local area
- A healthy and delicious breakfast each morning after your yoga classes
- 6 nights / 7 days accommodation in a shared room with shared bathroom at the village houses
- Please note that bedrooms with private bathrooms cannot be shared by solos and can only be booked for 2 sharing together or for solo travellers paying a compulsory single room supplement
- Note: Prices are based on two sharing a twin room with a shared bathroom
- A single supplement applies for those travelling solo who wish to book a twin room for sole occupancy (subject to availability)
- Shared rooms with a shared bathroom (shared with one other of the same sex) are also available for no extra charge for solo travellers who are happy to share
- Please note that ensuite bathrooms are only available for solo travellers paying a compulsory supplement or two people sharing together (subject to availability)

- A midweek change of towels and room clean
- Check in any time after 11am on day 1 and check out by 10am on day 7
- Please note: Breakfast is at 8am on the day you leave and a one way complimentary transfer from Casperia accommodation to Poggio Mirteto station is provided. It leaves at 9am and arrives in time to catch the 9.40am train which terminates at Leonardo da Vinci airport at 11.20am
- If you have an early flight, there are trains from Poggio Mirteto from as early as 5am
