• 3 Sicilian cookery lessons on days 2, 3 and 5 (exact time and days subject to change)
• A guided walking tour of Modica on day 2
• Visits to local baroque towns, wineries, olive groves, a traditional flour mill and other local producers (subject to change dependent on season) throughout the week
• A visit to the world famous chocolate lab of Bonajuto for a tour on day 5
• Entrance fees to the places visited
• All transportation for all the excursions
• All cooking materials and ingredients
• A welcome pack containing recipes of all the dishes cooked during your stay, maps and daily itineraries
• A welcome dinner on day 1 with the group and your hosts
• Dinner every night with the exception of day 2 and day 4 when you are free to dine in Modica
• Continental breakfast each morning
• Lunch daily taken at the house or out on excursion with the group
• WiFi internet access
• Accommodation at the wonderful house in a twin/double room for 6 nights
• You can check in any time after 2pm on day 1 and check-out by 10.30am on day 7
• Prices are based on two sharing a twin/double room
• Note: A compulsory single supplement applies for those travelling solo (shared rooms are not offered as an option for solo travellers)
• A return airport transfer to and from Catania airport is included in the course price

Location overview

Set just 20km from the spectacular beaches and sparkling blue waters of Sicily’s southern coast, and around 1.5 hours from the Catania airport with its airport, enjoy an incredible cookery holiday in beautiful settings, welcoming atmosphere and wonderfully authentic food and wine.
