The setting for this course is amazing - so far removed from everyday life that you really become absorbed into this calm, creative environment. Alberto and Sue are lovely friendly people who offer positive encouragement throughout. Alberto's cooking is worth the trip alone!

Extemely positive. Alfredo and Sue are both lovely, warm people. The technical aspects of the course were very well organized and presented primarily by Alfredo and Sue was very helpful with some of the aesthetic issues. It was one of the best experiences of my entire trip.
