Cookery Short Break – Hotel San Michele

I really enjoyed the cooking and all the girls there. Celeste, Elizabeth and Linda were there to be with us and made sure all was going well. Linda, our chef, was a load of fun and a very good chef, lots of patience and very knowledgeable on all local produce. We really enjoyed the course!

My daughter and me had a lovely time in beautiful Italy enjoying the warmth of the people as well as the sunshine! The family welcome we had was very special. Will be back for more!

A little confusion over IBAN number not being acceptable by my bank and the telephone numbers for Jonathan and Hotel Michele being met by recordings stating numbers not exist. Apart from that wonderful stay, magnificent historic hotel and delicious food prepared by us under Jonathan's guidance.

Although the instructor was accomodating to let me be the only student and provided me with many opportunities to explore the area, I didnt get alot of opportunity to cook. Each time I tried, he preferred to do it. I am not a very good cook, but since it was just me there was time for me to try.

I honestly can't fault the whole processs! Jane was fantastic helping me with my booking. The hotel was amazing with excellent staff. Jonathan, the chef, was really good, very interesting, but simple recipes. I did not want to leave. Keep up the good work - you were great.

The hotel was very good and Jonathan was great. He tailored the course to us. They had a villa out of town with a pool which was nice. Another time would not take a car as we didn't need it and there was no parking. The hotel charged us 20E a night for parking which I thought was a lot.

Great Course.exactly as described. Jonathan was a great teacher and host and I would recommend theexpierence to friends.
