WOW, what a fantastic 5 days! I cannot begin to tell you what a fabulous time we had, we learnt so much and of course ate delicious meals. Maynard and Benedict are fantastic chefs and teachers.

I not only had a great learning experience but I also had a wonderful time. Mynard and Benedict were professional chefs, excellent instructors, and did a fantastic job of making everyone feel comfortable. The lodgings were very nice, the teaching kitchen provided ample space for all to participate

Had a brilliant cookery holiday in the Loire Valley at the beginning of October 2013. Met a fantastic group of people, learnt so many new cooking techniques and tried an array of different foods. The tuition was wonderful and the staff so patient. Returned home with renewed confidence.

The course was very enjoyable with a small number of participants and friendly and knowledgeable teachers who gave individual attention when needed. The menus and dishes were interesting and we learned many kitchen and culinary skills. The well planned course also included visits to local artisans. The enrolment process was good, went smoothly and it worked! The only comment is - a bit more information about the cooking school please.
